Sign in to the Find a Grave app. Navigate to your profile, tap on your Profile photo in the upper right. Tap Edit. Scroll down to "Upload over WiFi Only" and enable. Tap Save in the upper right corner.
To find and upload the headstone photos once you are on WiFi tap Contribute and then Upload Queue.
