Go to Account under your profile name. Select Flower Settings and click on Manage My Scrapbook.
Custom Icons you have uploaded are displayed.
'Upload New' or 'Select from Members' to add the custom icon to the Scrapbook. Once the icon is in 'My Scrapbook' it is available from the dropdown menu when leaving a flower under 'My Scrapbook.'
