How do I edit a memorial that I manage?

1      Go to the memorial to make updates. Select 'Edit' underneath the name, dates, and location area.

2        Scroll down to view all Edit fields on a memorial and update any. Save changes when you are finished.

3          The updates display on the memorial page.
 

How do I delete a memorial that I added?

Scroll to the bottom of the memorial and select ‘Delete Memorial.'

If someone else created the memorial and then transferred it to you, you can contact us to request deletion. We review these on a case-by-case basis and are sensitive to family members requests.

Troubleshooting

It's possible that a memorial is removed and yet there is still a result in a search online. Search engines create cached copies of webpages so that their search engines will produce efficient results more quickly. Because we are in no way affiliated with the search engine, we cannot control the content they display. We can only recommend contacting the search engine directly regarding their content removal policies. Once the search engine updates the cached copies of information they have gathered, the information will no longer appear. We suggest contact the particular search engine if you need further assistance with removing a search result.
