Resetting a forgotten password

1       Go to Find a Grave and select Sign In through the top-right corner.

2       If you've forgotten your password, select the Forgot Password? link, then enter your email address to receive a password reset email.

3              On the password reset screen, enter your email address and select the Reset Password button. We’ll send you an email with a link.

4              Click on the link in the email that you receive and reset your password.

If you don’t see this email, try this:

·      Check your spam or junk folder.

·      Redo Step 3 with another accessible email address that you might have registered with on Find a Grave.

I still can't access my prior account, what can I do? 

If you've tried resetting your password and checked any junk or spam folders for the email and still can't access your prior account, contact us from the email address registered to your account and we’ll assist you further. If you don't have access to that email address, contact our support team and we’ll see if we can assist.
