How do I request a download of account data? 

1      Select Account and then DATA AND PRIVACY.

2        Select Request a copy.
 

3       On the next page, select the data to download through the checkboxes, then Complete Request.
 

Find a Grave will send an email when your account data is ready for download. It may take up to 30 days to process this request.
