How do I submit a large set of memorials to a cemetery?

1     Search for the cemetery. Add the cemetery if it is not in our cemetery database. Once on the cemetery page, select 'Upload Headstone Photos.' 


2         On the next page select 'Upload a spreadsheet' to the cemetery.


3         To upload memorial information in bulk, use our blank template. Choose from the options displayed and download a blank template.



4       Add the memorial information into the columns provided in the blank template. When you have filled in the spreadsheet, go back to the Submit a Spreadsheet page and select Choose File under File to Upload or go to the cemetery page and select Upload Spreadsheet. Always double check that you are uploading memorials to the correct cemetery. Upload the file. Headstone photos cannot be added through the spreadsheet method.
